Enquiry privacy notice

NoDig Coating uses the contact and business details you submit to assess your request, communicate with you, prepare quotations and keep a record of the enquiry and accepted terms. We request your name, company, email, delivery country and product details; a phone number is optional.

Enquiries are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, our website hosting service. Information may be shared with a relevant manufacturer or supplier only to the extent needed to assess specification or availability. We will ask before sharing your project details with a contractor. Your details are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Enquiry handling is based on steps taken at your request before a potential contract and legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and preserving commercial records. Records should be retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting contract and applicable record-keeping or legal requirements.

To ask about your data or exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection rights, contact contact@nodigcoating.com. You may complain to your competent data protection authority. If an enquiry leads to a purchase, the identified seller will provide the privacy information applicable to that relationship.

The language preference is stored in your browser only after you select it. It is used to remember your choice and can be cleared through your browser settings.
