What it cannot prove
A document review cannot assess a pipe on site, certify the work or provide the contractor’s warranty. We will tell you when more evidence is needed.

Send the quote when we reply to your request. We confirm it is within scope and explain payment before starting. If the quote is from our referral network, we disclose that relationship.
