Quotation request terms
These terms apply to business enquiries submitted through NoDig Coating. They govern the enquiry and handling of confidential quotation information. They do not themselves create an order or a supply contract.
1. Private quotation information
Private prices, discounts, supplier arrangements and other non-public commercial information supplied in connection with your enquiry are confidential. Use them only to evaluate or carry out the proposed purchase. Do not publish them or share them with competitors without prior written permission.
You may disclose information to employees and professional advisers who need it for that purpose and are subject to confidentiality obligations. This obligation does not cover information already public without a breach, lawfully known independently, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. Legally required disclosures are permitted; give notice beforehand where lawful. The public catalogue and publicly displayed product information are not confidential under these terms.
2. Enquiries and quotations
A price request is not an order, an acceptance of a price, or a promise to supply. Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, quotations are non-binding invitations to place an order and remain subject to specification, availability, delivery details and written order confirmation by the identified seller. We may correct, revise or withdraw a non-binding quotation before order confirmation, with notice to the recipient. Each quotation must identify its seller, validity period, currency, tax treatment, delivery basis, included items and payment terms.
3. Confirmed orders
Once an order is confirmed, the agreed contract and applicable law govern the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller. These website terms do not grant an unrestricted right to cancel confirmed orders. The quotation and order confirmation must expressly incorporate any agreed supply terms, including a force majeure clause.
4. Force majeure
Where expressly incorporated into a supply contract, an affected party may suspend the affected performance to the extent prevented by an event beyond its reasonable control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, avoided or overcome. Examples may include war, government restrictions, natural disasters or major transport disruption where those conditions are met. Ordinary cost increases or supplier inconvenience do not automatically qualify.
The affected party must notify the other party promptly, explain the impact, take reasonable steps to reduce it and resume performance when possible. If the event prevents the affected performance for more than 60 consecutive days, either party may terminate the unperformed affected part by written notice, subject to mandatory law. Payments for goods or services not supplied under the terminated part must be refunded; completed performance remains payable. A signed contract may provide a different expressly agreed period.
5. Product documentation
Catalogue specifications describe product configurations and do not establish suitability or regulatory approval for every application. Confirm the selected model, compatibility, operating limits, approval documents and delivery configuration in writing before ordering. Potable-water applications require confirmation of the applicable documentation.
6. Acceptance record and contact
The enquiry records your submitted business details, selected language, acceptance checkbox and this terms version. The hosting platform records the submission time. A browser-provided acceptance timestamp, where present, is supporting information only. Questions or requests for permission to disclose: contact@nodigcoating.com.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. The seller identity, governing law and dispute forum must be specified in the individual supply contract.
